We are looking for individuals who are customer service-focused, tech-savvy, and reliable to join our front desk team. The Guest Service Coordinators act as the first point of contact between patients and guests of the Urgency Room and make patients and guests feel welcome and valued. The position uses practical judgment for initial triage and accurately registers patients for care (collects vital demographic information, verifies insurance coverage, and collects applicable co-payments). They support the initial rooming of patients and support front desk reception administrative tasks.
Schedule:
The hours of this position includes a mixture of day and evening shifts. This position will work every other weekend as well as 4 holidays per year. Day shift hours range is 7:00am-4:00pm and evening shift range is 1:30pm-10:00pm. Travel to other Urgency Room locations is required for trainings, meetings, and operational needs.Location:
