Warehouse Associate /
Equipment Coordinator Location:
Mendota Heights, MN (100% Onsite)
Compensation:
$23.57 per hour
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Plus a monthly weekend on-call rotation)
Status:
Full-Time, Safety-Sensitive Position Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Mendota Heights. In this safety-sensitive role, you will be responsible for maintaining the warehouse and equipment while supporting the critical delivery and pick-up of medications, supplies, and medical equipment. You will handle the procurement of supplies in accordance with standard policies, accurately gather items for shipments, and coordinate equipment tracking procedures to ensure seamless delivery.
Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment:
Accurately gather, pack, and organize supplies and equipment for orders and upcoming deliveries/shipments.
Inventory & Procurement:
Procure and manage warehouse inventory and equipment in strict accordance with standard policies and procedures.
Equipment Tracking:
Maintain and coordinate tracking procedures for medical equipment to ensure accurate records and availability.
Warehouse Maintenance:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, ensuring all equipment is stored and handled properly.

High level of accuracy in tracking equipment and pulling specific orders.
Time Management & Communication:
Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage time efficiently to meet daily shipping deadlines.
Customer Service Attitude:
Strong service orientation, understanding that warehouse accuracy directly impacts timely delivery.
Schedule Flexibility:
Ability to work the standard 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM shift, as well as participate in a monthly weekend on-call rotation.
Education & Experience Education:
High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED) required.
Experience:
1 to 3 years of prior relevant warehouse or inventory experience is preferred. Hiring Process Note Qualified candidates will be required to participate in a face-to-face interview at the Mendota Heights facility.
Pay Details:
