Warehouse Assistant / Coolant Technician - Plymouth, MN Job Overview We're seeking a hands‑on Warehouse Assistant / Coolant Technician to join our team in Plymouth, MN. This role is primarily focused on warehouse operations — shipping, receiving, inventory management, and forklift operation — while also serving as a backup for coolant technician duties. It's ideal for someone mechanically inclined, self‑motivated, and willing to get dirty while maintaining professionalism.
What You'll Do Warehouse Operations :
Handle shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
Forklift Operation :
Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
Deliveries :
Assist with deliveries as needed.
Coolant Technician Backup :
Support coolant removal, sanitation, and delivery services when required.
Safety & Cleanliness :
Follow all safety regulations and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
Additional Duties :
Perform other responsibilities as required by the position.
What You Bring Mechanical Aptitude :
Hands‑on problem‑solving ability.
Positive Attitude :
Willingness to work hard and get dirty.
Physical Ability :
Capable of lifting up to 80 lbs, bending, twisting, and performing physical tasks.
Customer Service Skills :
Strong communication and professionalism in interactions with coworkers, vendors, and leadership. Self‑
Motivation :
Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
Licensing :
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record; ability to pass a DOT physical. Compensation and Benefits $22-$27/hour DOE Full‑time, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance starting Day 1 401(k) with company match
