Warehouse Fulfillment Material Specialist Start your day between 6:00-8:00 a.m. at our Plymouth, MN facility (14605 28th Ave) and help ensure critical products reach customers on time and in perfect condition. This is a direct, full-time opportunity offering $20/hr plus bonus (paid biweekly). A day in this role From the first pick ticket to the last shipment of the day, you'll move materials accurately and safely. You'll navigate the warehouse by forklift and other equipment, verify items and quantities, and prepare outbound loads — including domestic, international, and dangerous goods — with the right documentation and labels (we'll provide certifications as needed). Your work will span multiple warehouse operations, and you may train and certify to assist in adjacent areas such as material control and traffic to keep the entire flow running smoothly. What you'll handle Pick materials promptly using forklifts and other powered equipment; stage and scan items per system signals and pick lists. Confirm part numbers, quantities, and condition prior to packing or transfer. Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks with care and precision. Pack, palletize, and label shipments; complete carrier, international, and hazardous materials paperwork (certifications provided when needed). Execute inventory transactions in the ERP/WMS to record goods movements. Process stock transfers and fulfill internal material requests. Replenish production lines and other designated areas as assigned. Follow established SOPs, controls, and policies to complete tasks correctly the first time. Champion a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Collaborate to win Partner closely with Customer Service, Purchasing, Planning, Operations, and Material Control to meet requirements, protect product in transit, and hit schedules. You'll use system indicators and team communication to drive timely, accurate fulfillment. Schedule, pay, and location

Direct, Full-time What you bring High school diploma or GED At least 1 year of related warehouse/material handling experience Basic math, reading, and writing proficiency Reliable, predictable attendance on the assigned shift Ability to obtain forklift certification if not already certified Preferred Hands-on experience with counterbalance, stock picker, and/or reach truck forklifts and/or current certification Comfort with Microsoft Office and ERP/WMS systems Background in a blended manufacturing and warehouse environment How you work Thrives independently and with a team in a fast-paced, evolving setting Communicates positively and cooperatively with colleagues, customers, contractors, and vendors Physical and legal requirements Ability to continually meet all ADA factors as detailed within this job description (see working conditions).
