Opportunity:

The Order Picker will be responsible for accurately and efficiently retrieving products from the warehouse inventory, preparing them for shipment or staging, maintaining good housekeeping, and supporting the shipping/receiving process. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow standard work instructions, and consistent productivity in a warehouse environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Pull items from inventory locations based on work orders/pick lists or voice/RF scanner instructions. Verify the correct part, quantity, label, and condition of items picked. Stage picked items to packing or shipping areas, ensuring safe and accurate movement. Use warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jack, hand truck, forklifts if certified) to move materials. Pack or assist in packaging items, apply labels, wrap pallets, and prepare shipments as needed. Load/unload shipments when required (depending on site), assist in receiving activities. Maintain inventory accuracy by reporting discrepancies, damaged goods or missing items. Keep assigned aisles, shelves, staging areas and work zones clean, organized and safe (5S practices). Follow all safety, quality, and standard operating procedures, including use of PPE and compliance with

OSHA / TGI

standards. Support cross-functional warehouse tasks as assigned (cycle counting, replenishment, returns processing, etc.). What makes you a great fit:
