Midwest Steel & Aluminum Warehouse Associate Position No Experience Necessary, we will train! Midwest Steel & Aluminum will train the right person. Must be willing to show-up, on-time with a can-do attitude. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a long term career with Great benefits!
Shift Available:
1st Shift
  • Monday through Friday 5:00 am
  • 1:30 pm
  • Training for this position will be a modified 1st shift
  • Monday through Friday 7:00 am
  • 3:30 pm for about the first two weeks.
Responsibilities Include:
Safe operation of a Forklift (Sitdown, Stand Up, Cherry Picker) Ability to work individually and as a member of a team Ability to Read and Use a tape measure and/or calipers Willingness to learn the different metals and material color codes Ability to lift, pull, push up to 50 lbs Willingness to learn our ERP system to stage to orders and update material locations Work in the following department: Full Bar Puller (1st Shift)

  • 3:30 pm for about the first two weeks.
Candidates will need to pass a drug screening and background check on their first day of employment. Must be 18 years old or older to be considered for employment. Midwest Steel & Aluminum Inc . built a Brand New State of the Art facility in Rogers. Work in a clean state of the art facility with brand new equipment!
