This job matters, but it's not high pressure — and you'll be working for a well-established, small, family-owned business. Located on Vandalia Street in St. Paul near The Dubliner. The Warehouse Assistant we're looking for has a desire to help new parents diaper better, help a local business run smoothly, and wants to be engaged in helping our families receive clean, accurate deliveries. Responsibilities Assist in daily operations with a focus on efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols. Inspect and count linens according to production standards. Collaborate with co-workers to ensure consistency and accuracy each day. Manage inventory control processes, including receiving, storing, and redistribution of products. Clean personal work area each day — take pride in the environment you are a part of. Any other task associated with the laundry finishing, folding, and packing of orders. Meet or exceed production work rates. From time to time other tasks may be assigned that are associated with the production operation of the laundry facility. Experience Proven experience in warehouse operations within a fast-paced environment. You have the ability to work independently and get work done. A strong track record of working well with co-workers. Problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement. Strong leadership skills with an ability to own a process from beginning to end.
