Johnson Brothers is currently seeking a Warehouse Sorter Operator for B Shift. Typical hours are Monday through Thursday, 10pm to 8:30am. Overtime as required.

Duties:

Control the functionality of the conveyor systems in the warehouse during production Make appropriate modifications to ensure the proper sorting of product Monitor conveyor systems to ensure proper throughput and speeds Work closely with maintenance team to ensure the sorting system is operating properly Maintain inventory counts through periodic audits Qualifications Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner Motivation skills to direct team H.S. diploma Prior experience in distribution Excellent attention to detail Basic computer skills required Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook Knowledge of basic tracking, analyzing, and form creation Familiarity with Shiraz and/or other sorting systems a plus Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds on a continuous basis, may require unloading cases from the lines as appropriate Position requires standing, sitting, squatting, twisting, walking, carrying, and bending on a continuous basis throughout the work shift Johnson Brothers is an equal opportunity employer.
