Spanish Speaking Position-general Labor

Construction Laborers Needed We are hiring multiple General Production Workers to support the manufacturing of pre‑fabricated concrete products. This is a physically demanding, on‑site role involving long shifts and hands‑on labor in an industrial environment. What You'll Do Perform general labor tasks in concrete production Assist with casting, finishing, mixing, and moving concrete Operate forklifts and basic production tools Support setup, stripping, and yard operations across multiple shifts Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Work outdoors and indoors in varying weather conditions What We're Looking For Experience in construction, landscaping, concrete, or general labor Forklift experience preferred Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and work long 10-12 hour shifts Comfortable climbing on/off trailers and navigating elevated work areas Reliable, safety‑focused, strong work ethic Steel‑toe, all‑leather boots required Shifts Multiple openings across day, evening, overnight, and yard shifts. Most schedules run Monday-Friday with 10-12 hour days. Pay Starting at $20.00/hr Increases to $20.50 after 90 worked days Additional step raises at 6 months, 1 year, 1.5 years, and up to full scale at 2 years Additional Details Contract‑to‑hire Union environment (eligible after 120 working days) Benefits begin after 30 days PPE provided (vest, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, etc.) Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Savage, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
