Job Description
This position works from 6-10 pm Monday thru Friday at a small warehouse in rural Watkins, unloading clothing, shoes and miscellaneous thrift surplus out of trucks. Responsible for emptying two box trucks for the next day. Works alone and occasionally with other staff using a small skidloader with bucket and a commercial baler to make 1,300lb bales of clothing. Sorts used shoes into capsacs for wholesale. Unloads rolling bins with boxed housewares into a trailer and any other warehouse duties as assigned. The ideal candidate has a clean record, is hard-working, efficient and can work well with others or alone. They must be safety orientated, responsible, mature, honest and resilient to weather and temperature changes. Previous outdoor or physical labor experience is a bonus. Good communication skills are a plus. Employees receive regular raises, PTO time and matching Simple IRA contributions.
