Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care tasks including dressing, grooming, and other daily tasks. Support clients with medication administration as needed. Help with light housekeeping. Monitor clients' health status and report any changes to healthcare supervisors. Provide companionship and emotional support. Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation. Adhere to safety and infection control standards. Requirements Previous experience in home care or similar roles is an advantage. Compassionate, patient-focused, and reliable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to follow care plans and work independently.
