General Laborer Job Summary We are seeking a reliable General Laborer to perform hands-on production tasks in a physically demanding work environment. This role involves manual processing of materials to meet specific size and quality requirements and requires the ability to remain on your feet for extended periods. Key Responsibilities Manually process and adjust materials to required specifications Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality Stand for extended periods during assigned shifts Lift, carry, and move materials weighing 40 pounds or more Perform hands-on tasks in an active work setting Required Qualifications 6 to 12 months of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to safely lift and handle materials weighing over 40 pounds Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Zumbrota, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.25 - $22.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
