Industrial Spring of St. Louis, Inc. is looking for a dependable, team-oriented person to join our team. This is a versatile, hands-on position that will support multiple areas of our manufacturing operation. The successful candidate will work in different departments based on production needs, including ovens, painting, shipping, receiving, warehouse, and other areas of production . Essential Duties and Responsibilities Load, monitor, and unload parts from industrial ovens. Apply paint and finishes to parts as needed. Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including preparing, loading, unloading, and organizing materials and finished products. Assist with warehouse operations, including moving, organizing, and storing materials and products. Assist in packaging, and preparing parts for shipment. Assist production employees and other departments as needed. Perform general shop duties such as cleanup, organizing, and maintaining a clean and orderly work environment. Operate hand tools, power tools, pallet jacks, and other equipment as trained and authorized. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Qualifications Prior manufacturing or industrial experience preferred, but not required. Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment and in areas that may be warm during production. Comfortable using hand and power tools. Willingness to learn and rotate across departments as needed. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Takes pride in their work and is committed to doing the job right. Demonstrates integrity, reliability, and a willingness to take ownership of assigned responsibilities. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent time management and multitasking skills. Ability to prioritize work effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented. Must have reliable transportation. Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. Able to stand and remain active for extended periods of time.
