This role has a clear path to Supervisor for the right person as you build your skills and show you can lead. If you've worked inventory in a warehouse or manufacturing environment and know your way around forklifts, pallet racking, and cycle counts, we want to talk to you. What You'll Do Run cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations to keep inventory accurate Inspect and verify incoming materials against purchase orders Track usage and replenishment of production materials and hardware Investigate and help resolve inventory discrepancies Keep clean records in spreadsheets and inventory/ERP software Work closely with Purchasing, Production, Scheduling, and Shipping to keep materials moving Take on more responsibility over time, including training and leading team members, as you grow into a Supervisor role What You Bring Experience with inventory control in a warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial setting Comfortable working around forklifts, racking systems, and production equipment Comfortable with spreadsheets and inventory/ERP software Strong attention to detail and a knack for solving discrepancies before they become problems Motivated to grow into a leadership role Why Sign Fab Join a hands-on production environment where your inventory work directly keeps the shop floor running.
