Our client in Washington, MO is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate / Shipping & Receiving Associate to join their team. Requirements for the Warehouse Associate

• Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality
• Reliable with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Team-oriented with a willingness to help others succeed
• Ability to lift approximately 50-75 lbs. with appropriate assistance
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused in an active environment
• Basic computer skills
• Clear communication skills and a professional attitude
• Willingness to learn and continuously develop new skills
• Forklift experience is a strong plus
• Experience operating powered industrial trucks, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment is highly valued
• Must be willing to submit to required pre-employment screeningsWarehouse Associate Responsibilities
• Put safety first and help create an environment where everyone goes home safe
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer and internal orders accurately
• Load and unload trucks using proper equipment and safe work practices
• Receive incoming materials and stock inventory in designated locations
• Replenish inventory to support daily operations and prevent delays
• Transport materials throughout the facility as needed
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals
• Participate in 5S and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support problem-solving activities and follow established work processes
