Job Description
Position Summary Southern Belle Refrigeration is seeking a dependable, safety focused Warehouse Associate/Local CDL Driver to join our team in Tupelo, MS. The position is responsible for making local deliveries, transporting materials and equipment, and assisting with daily warehouse operations. This is a local driving position, and employees are home every night. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, strong work ethic, and physical ability to perform warehouse duties in a fast paced evironment. Pay $22.00 - $24.oo per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Driving/Warehouse Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. Transport materials, equipment, and supplies to customers and job sites. Load, secure, deliver, and unload materials safely and efficiently. Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Maintain accurate delivery documentation and transport records. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries. Comply with all DOT and company safety requirements. Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory. Pick, pull, stage, and prepare orders for delivery. Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Assist with inventory management and cycle counts. Operate warehouse equipment safely. Support warehouse operations and other duties as assigned.
