Responsibilities Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and carts Support the driver in route driving by helping to organize packages and ensure proper placement for efficient delivery Conduct safety checks on delivery vehicles, including box trucks or vans, ensuring compliance with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safe lifting practices Help with warehouse operations by moving inventory, managing stock, and maintaining a clean workspace Support delivery drivers during route execution by providing route guidance via mobile devices and ensuring adherence to traffic regulations Load and unload shipments carefully, practicing safe lifting techniques for heavy or bulky items Assist in maintaining accurate delivery logs, documentation, and inventory records for seamless warehouse and delivery operations Qualifications Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse operations is preferred Ability to operate material handling equipment.
