FLATED® is looking for a Warehouse & Product Support Specialist to join our crew in Missoula, MT. We make some pretty unconventional gear for trucks, cars, and getting outside — and we're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, mechanically curious, and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty. This isn't a "stand around and move boxes" kind of warehouse job. You'll be involved in getting products out the door, evaluating returns, troubleshooting warranty issues, testing products, and helping keep the whole operation running smoothly. And yes, we actually like having fun at work. What You'll Be Doing Pick, pack, and ship FLATED® products and accessories Accurately process smaller accessory orders Receive shipments and help keep inventory organized Process customer returns and inspect products coming back T roubleshoot products for suspected warranty issues Clean, test, inspect, and prep products for their next adventure Load and unload shipments Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and functioning like a well-oiled machine Help with inventory counts and organization Assist with product testing, assembly, and the occasional "let's see if this works" project Help prep products and gear for events Pitch in wherever the team needs help You're Probably a Good Fit If You... Can safely lift and move up to 80 lbs Like working with your hands Are naturally organized and notice when things are out of place Take pride in keeping your workspace clean Pay attention to details — especially when someone's order is on the line Proficiency in basic Excel and Word programs Can work independently without needing constant supervision Are reliable and show up ready to work Aren't afraid to troubleshoot and figure things out Can follow a process but also know when to ask, "Hey, what if we tried this?" Have a good attitude Can laugh, have some fun, and enjoy working with a small team Extra Credit You don't need to be an automotive expert, but we'll be pretty excited if you: Have warehouse, shipping, receiving, or manufacturing experience Truck Owner Know your way around basic hand tools Have experience repairing, testing, or troubleshooting inflatables Like trucks, cars, camping, overlanding, or generally getting outside What It's Like at FLATED® We're a small team, which means everyone pitches in . The Details Location:

Missoula, Montana Schedule:

Full-time or part-time — we're flexible for the right person (minimum of 25 hours/week)

Physical Requirements:

Ability to safely lift and move up to 80 lbs and stay on your feet and active throughout the workday

Work Environment:
