Forklift Warehouse Operator US Cotton - 3.2 Belmont, NC Job Details 20 hours ago Qualifications Computer literacy High school diploma or GED Manufacturing facility experience Manufacturing Manufacturing company experience Full Job Description Maintain customer service by shipping customer orders correctly and efficiently.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Examples of key duties are interpreted as being descriptive and not restrictive in nature. Verify all orders being shipped to ensure shipping efficiency. Hand loading or palletizing order on trucks efficiently. Organizing inbound and outbound trucks to ensure efficient movement of freight. Ensure cleanliness and overall organization for the finished goods and shipping areas. Proper data entry and completion of customer orders. Keep tow motor clean and batteries charged. Reach customer and company shipping goals by working overtime as assigned. Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE
Must have previous manufacturing and/or warehouse experience.
EDUCATION
High school graduate or GED equivalency required. SKILLS Strong math skills Ability to learn and operate computer according to company programs. Accuracy to detail Good organizational and communicational skills. Safe operation of all warehouse equipment including tow motor, computer, calculator, scales, battery chargers, copier, telephone, and plastic wrap machine. Follow all standard operating procedures. Follow verbal and written instructions as assigned with customer orders.
SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE
Tow motor certification Read and use work order pick lists.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. unassisted Able to withstand changing climates (temperatures range from 85 degrees to -20 degrees) See Job Analysis Document
