Job Description

Xpedient is a full-service 3rd party logistics provider. We have experience helping a diverse client base in warehousing services, transportation management, supply chain management, order fulfillment and labor needs. Summary The Warehouse Tire Test Technician is an entry level position that is responsible for foundational tasks and expanded responsibilities in tire testing and lab operations. Roles and Responsibilities Perform tire mounting, balancing, and basic test preparations per documented procedures. Prepare tires, operate, and monitor for various tests (PC/TB Tire Saw, High Speed/Endurance, Tire Dimensions, Static, Modal Analysis). Conduct section analysis and report tire section measurements. Perform basic equipment maintenance and checks per equipment Management Standards. Follow all safety rules and procedures for assigned jobs. Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) with strict adherence to quality standards. Document test results and observations in the lab information management system (LIMS). Conduct incoming inspection of test samples and verify labeling and documentation. Support internal audits by providing records and demonstrating process knowledge. Participate in root cause analysis for test failures or equipment issues. Contribute to risk assessments (e.g., FMEA) by reporting potential process risks. Attend safety training, maintain clean and safe working environment. Qualifications High School Diploma required. 1 - 3 years' experience in testing or equivalent position.

Assist management in establishing warehouse standards and procedures Maintain detailed records of safety incidents Assign designated safety personnel Maintain warehouse in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
