We're seeking a dedicated paraprofessional to provide classroom assistance in a dynamic K-8 environment. As a valued team member, you will work closely with an Exceptional Children (EC) teacher, empowering students to thrive academically and personally. This is a full-time position with regular hours, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, allowing for work-life balance and a consistent schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the EC teacher in daily classroom activities for grades K-8 Provide individualized and small-group support to students with diverse learning needs Foster an inclusive, encouraging atmosphere that supports student achievement Help implement lesson plans, class materials, and adaptive strategies Support classroom organization, manage learning materials, and supervise students during transitions Maintain positive communication with staff and contribute to a collaborative educational setting

Desired Skills & Experience:
