This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to rotate between stations to support overall warehouse operations. Essential Responsibilities Receive and inspect inbound shipments for accuracy and damage. Stock inventory into correct bins or shelf locations using scanners. Pick customer orders accurately and stage for shipping. Perform routine cycle counts and support physical inventory audits. Assist with transfers and replenishment between warehouse zones. Rotate between job functions based on operational needs. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Follow all company safety and warehouse procedures. Loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing shipments (LTL/Motor Freight Trucks) Willingness to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-2 years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred. Ability to use scanners, inventory systems, and warehouse equipment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Willingness to be flexible and work in different areas as needed. Forklift experience required. Valid driver's license required. Physical & Work Environment Regularly lift, carry, and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs. Exposure to noise, dust, and industrial equipment throughout the shift. Stand, walk, and climb stairs or ladders during shifts. Work in warehouse conditions with variable temperatures. Perform repetitive tasks and rotate job functions throughout the day.
