Job Description

Indulor America LP, a chemical manufacturing company located in Graham, NC is hiring for a warehouse operator. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling warehouse operations, including inventory control, materials handling, and equipment operation. Your proactive approach will ensure smooth shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment processes while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced facility dedicated to excellence in warehouse management. Duties Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, and crane systems to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software to track stock levels accurately Perform stock replenishment, picking & packing orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch with precision and attention to detail Utilize RF scanners for order picking, shipping & receiving documentation, and inventory updates Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment. Assist in implementing warehouse distribution strategies and support warehouse supervisor in daily operations Qualifications Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts. Strong understanding of warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, inventory control, and materials handling Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, RF scanners. Knowledge of safety regulations including OSHA standards and PPE use to ensure a safe working environment Basic math skills for inventory counting and order processing accuracy Previous experience in warehouse operation or logistics roles. Pay:
From $20.93 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
