We are looking for an HRIS Specialist to join our team in North Carolina on a contract basis with the potential for a permanent role. Responsibilities:

• Maintain HRIS data integrity by reviewing records, identifying discrepancies, and supporting accurate database management.
• Assist with HRIS configuration, enhancement, and implementation activities to support operational needs.
• Create clear documentation for system processes, data definitions, and workflow changes to support consistency across the team.
• Support issue resolution by investigating system-related concerns, troubleshooting data problems, and coordinating next steps with relevant partners.
• Contribute to ongoing process optimization efforts by identifying opportunities to improve reporting, usability, and efficiency within HR systems.
