Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Selector Warehouse Associate on the first shift! This job is Sunday-Thursday. You have an opportunity to make between $20.00 and $25.00 on production. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring timely and precise delivery to our customers. Your focus will be on efficiently using a hand-held scanner managing inventory, and maintaining safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse operations while contributing to a fast-paced distribution environment. Duties Use barcode scanners and RF (radio frequency) systems to accurately pick and verify items for order fulfillment Pack products securely following packaging guidelines to ensure quality during transit Follow manual handling procedures and PPE (personal protective equipment) use to promote a safe working environment Requirements Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse operations is preferred Strong attention to detail for accurate order picking and inventory management Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying product quantities Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory management systems is advantageous Physical ability to lift heavy items regularly and perform manual handling tasks safely Commitment to safety protocol adherence and quality control standards Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment This role offers an engaging work environment where your contributions directly impact customer satisfaction.
