Job Description

We are seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to join our manufacturing/production team. Candidates must have 1-2 years of industrial maintenance experience with strong working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance. This role is responsible for maintaining production equipment, minimizing downtime, and ensuring all machinery operates safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, dependable, safety-focused, and capable of diagnosing and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Essential Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing and production equipment Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs in a timely manner to minimize downtime Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and technical drawings Maintain motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, valves, sensors, and automated equipment Install, repair, and replace electrical components including switches, relays, motors, and control wiring Perform basic PLC troubleshooting and identify faults within automated systems Conduct inspections and identify potential equipment issues before failures occur Complete maintenance logs, work orders, and documentation accurately Follow all company safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and lockout/tagout procedures Work closely with production teams to support operational efficiency Assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement projects Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications Required Minimum 1-2 years of industrial maintenance experience Strong experience with: Hydraulics Pneumatics Electrical troubleshooting and repair Knowledge of mechanical systems and industrial equipment maintenance Ability to troubleshoot electrical circuits up to [insert voltage if applicable] Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Ability to work in hot, cold, noisy, and fast-paced industrial environments Ability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces when necessary Schedule Details - Employees work: Monday-Thursday 7:00am-5:30pm Fridays 7:00am-12pm
