About the Role The Warehouse Technician keeps product moving through the warehouse with speed and accuracy. You will receive product, pick and stage orders, load trucks, and help keep our inventory numbers right. This is a full time role with real room to grow as we expand. You may be required to drive from time to time as needed. What You Will Do Receive incoming product, check it against purchase orders, and put it away in the correct location. Pick, stage, and load customer orders with accuracy. Load and unload trucks. Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment, we will train and certify you. Count inventory and help keep inventory records accurate. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe. Support deliveries and other warehouse tasks as needed. What We Are Looking For Must be 18 years of age or older. Must have valid drivers license. Must pass a background check and drug screening. Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stay on your feet through a full shift. Dependable, you show up on time and take pride in accurate work. Career minded, you want to build something, not just clock in. Warehouse or forklift experience is a plus but not required, we will train the right person. Schedule and Pay Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Occasional overtime required. Pay depends on experience. Benefits and Growth Employee ownership through our ESOP plan.
