Job Description
Sirius Staffing is seeking a Weekend Material Handler worker for a contract-to-hire role in Whitsett, NC. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform assigned production, warehouse, and general operational duties in a fast-paced environment.
Meet established productivity expectations and strict deadlines.
Work effectively with team members, supervisors, leads, and employees across multiple departments.
Follow all established safety, quality, and operational procedures.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Assist with additional tasks and responsibilities based on production and operational needs.
Work overtime as required.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors, leads, or management.
QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED.Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Strong attendance and punctuality.
Reliable transportation to arrive at work on time for each scheduled shift.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work assignments.
Willingness and ability to work overtime when needed.
Physical RequirementsAbility to regularly lift and handle up to 50 pounds.
Ability to walk, stand, and/or sit for the duration of the shift.
Ability to frequently grasp, grip, reach, pull, push, bend, squat, kneel, and balance.
Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday.
