Description :
The Shipping/Warehouse position at West Point Dairy Products is responsible for the efficient material handling, loading and placement of finished, palletized products. This individual is expected to conduct themselves in a matter that promotes the continuous improvement of the West Point Dairy Products mission for Quality, Safety, and Efficient production.

$20.70 per hour + $1.00 shift differential, review at 90-days; $2,000
Hire Bonus Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Complete order fulfillment and all documentation associated for incoming and outbound trailers. Verify quality control items such as sampling, coding and packaging along with organizing and rotating stock within FIFO guidelines. Maintain proper documentation in all record keeping formats. Ensure finished pallets are properly shrink wrapped and have the correct information documented on them. Account for daily production totals and product placement along with demonstrating an understanding of incoming and outgoing products and materials. Follow and comply with applicable good manufacturing, safety, and quality assurance practices. Safe and efficient operation of Powered Industrial Vehicle, which may include forklifts and pallet jacks. Other duties may be assigned by the supervisor throughout the department as needed.
