Job Description

Job Summary:
The Warehouse & Packaging Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse and packaging operations, including receiving, organizing, packaging, labeling, and storing. This position works under the Supply Chain department to maintain accurate inventory, keep work areas organized, and ensure materials and finished products are handled safely and efficiently. The associate will be assigned to both warehouse and packaging duties based on business needs.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, organize, and store materials and products. Pick, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment. Perform packaging processes according to work instructions, including wrapping, securing, and protecting products as required. Inspect packaged products to ensure proper packaging, labeling, and overall condition before shipment. Load and unload materials safely and properly. Maintain accurate inventory and keep warehouse areas organized. Operate basic warehouse equipment and tools as trained. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow all company safety, quality, and work procedures. Support both Warehouse and Packaging operations as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualification and Skills:
Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of inventory management practices. Must be proficient in using Microsoft spreadsheet Must be able to drive forklift, powerlift, etc. Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks occasionally as required by the role. Excellent attention to detail to maintaining accuracy Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Understanding packaging requirements for various products is beneficial.
