This position is responsible for receiving incoming shipments, preparing outbound orders, sending arrival notifications, processing UPS and FedEx shipments, handling returns. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating a forklift, using computers and shipping systems, and communicating in English. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments. Prepare and send arrival notifications to internal teams. Create shipping labels and process packages through UPS and FedEx systems. Process customer returns and returned merchandise. Communicate shipment discrepancies, damages, shortages, and delays to supervisors. Follow all company procedures and warehouse safety requirements. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, fulfillment, or logistics operations is preferred. Ability to safely operate a forklift. Forklift certification is preferred; training may be provided depending on experience. Basic computer skills, including data entry, email, and shipping software. Experience with UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, or similar shipping systems is preferred. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull warehouse materials as required. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and operate warehouse equipment for extended periods. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or inventory management system. Experience handling inbound shipments, outbound orders, and returns. Spanish or Chinese language skills are a plus.
