The primary responsibility of this role is to support freezer and warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and material movement, while maintaining a high standard of efficiency and safety in a temperature-controlled environment. Cold weather gear provided (insulated jacket, gloves, and other protective equipment) to keep you warm and safe on the job.
Schedule:
Monday through Saturday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Weekly overtime required.
Key Responsibilities Freezer Operations:
Pick, pack, and move product within freezer areas ranging from -10F to -15F, moving between the freezer and standard warehouse areas as needed.
Order Fulfillment:
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company standards.
General Material Handling:
Assist with loading and unloading inbound and outbound shipments safely.
Stocking & Organizing:
Move products to designated storage areas and ensure shelves are neatly organized and replenished.
Inventory Support:
Use RF scanners to track inventory movements and perform basic cycle counts to ensure data accuracy.
Facility Maintenance:
Help maintain a clean and organized workspace by removing debris and ensuring walkways remain clear of hazards.
Requirements & Qualifications Experience:
Minimum 6 months of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or similar fast-paced environment. Freezer or cold storage experience is a plus, but not required.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for the duration of the shift, moving between freezer temperatures as low as -15F and standard warehouse conditions.
Footwear:
Steel toe boots are required.
Schedule:
Must be available Monday through Saturday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, including weekly overtime.
Language:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates and Spanish speakers are highly encouraged to apply. Attention to

Ability to accurately read pick tickets, SKU numbers, and shipping labels.
Reliability:
Strong track record of attendance and punctuality.
