Job Description
Warehouse Associates Multiple Positions Available 2nd Shift, 3pm-11:30pm Starting at $21.75/Hr Growing food manufacturing company looking for candidates to be responsible for efficient warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and product distribution. Candidate will safely operate forklifts and other equipment to support production and logistics while adhering to food safety and organizational standards.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities Operations:
Safely operate forklifts (reach trucks, hi-los) to load/unload shipments, move pallets, and organize inventory. Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for timely delivery.Compliance & Safety:
Follow strict PPE, OSHA, and food safety protocols. Report damaged inventory, quality defects, or safety hazards to the Inventory Control/Quality teams. Ensure proper labeling (barcodes, pallet tags, allergen stickers).Team Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors (bilingual Spanish a plus). Skills/Experience Forklift certification 2+ years' experience operating forklifts/reach trucks. RF scanning system proficiency and ability to work with pick lists/system reports. Physical stamina : Lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for entire shifts, and work in dry/refrigerated/freezer conditions. Attention to detail : Accurate order handling and inventory management.Safety-conscious :
Knowledge of warehouse safety rules and machinery (pallet jacks, order pickers). Basic tech skills : Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments. Experience/Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years' warehouse experience (food/beverage preferred) OR 2+ years' forklift/reach truck operation.
- 2+ years' RF scanning system experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the US
