• Perform daily warehouse operations in accordance with SOPs, including receiving, inspection, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and shipping, to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time with customer satisfaction as the primary goal.
• Receive incoming goods and verify quantity, item code, lot/batch number, expiration date, and packaging condition against purchase orders and packing lists; report any discrepancy, damage, or non-conformance to the supervisor immediately.
• Pick, check, pack, label, and stage outbound orders (including implants and instruments) per order requirements, ensuring correct product, quantity, lot number, and documentation before shipment.
• Operate WMS/ERP and barcode scanning equipment to record all inbound, outbound, and inventory movement transactions in real time, ensuring system data matches physical stock.
• Support cycle counts and periodic physical inventories; assist in investigating inventory variances and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Maintain proper storage conditions and monitor the warehouse environment (temperature, humidity, cleanliness, pest control, etc.); ensure handling, storage, and distribution activities comply with the company's quality system, medical device regulations, and good documentation practices.
• Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and safe in line with 5S standards; follow all safe storage, handling, and EHS requirements, and properly use warehouse equipment (pallet jack, forklift, etc.).
• Identify and escalate daily operational issues, process gaps, or quality risks, and support the implementation of corrective and improvement actions.
• Coordinate with sales, customer service, procurement, and logistics teams to support order processing, transfers, returns, and other supply chain activities.
• Complete basic warehouse operation records and reports, and report work progress to the supervisor in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties and temporary assignments as required by business needs.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or above; associate degree or above in logistics, warehouse management, or a related field is preferred.
• 1-3 years of warehouse operation experience; experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or biological product warehouses is strongly preferred.
• Familiar with warehouse inbound, outbound, and storage processes, and able to follow SOPs and work instructions strictly.
• Basic computer skills; able to operate WMS/ERP systems, handheld scanners, and other warehouse equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with good data and record-keeping awareness.
• Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, good teamwork and communication skills, and willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Strong safety, quality, and cost awareness; knowledge of

FDA QSR / ISO 13485

/ GMP or other regulated environment requirements is a plus.
