Large Distribution Center Job Summary Seeking experienced Warehouse Operators to support daily warehouse and distribution operations. Responsible for operating material handling equipment, picking and packing orders, inventory management, and shipping/receiving activities. Ideal candidates will have warehouse equipment experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety. Key Responsibilities Safely operate warehouse equipment including: Stand-Up Reach Trucks Cherry Pickers Electric Pallet Jacks Forklifts Pick, pack, stage, and load customer orders accurately and efficiently. Build, wrap, label, and prepare pallets for shipment. Verify incoming shipments for quantity, quality, and accuracy. Perform inventory audits, cycle counts, and stock checks. Use RF scanners to track inventory movements and order fulfillment. Stock, replenish, and organize inventory within warehouse locations. Return misplaced inventory to proper storage locations. Inspect products for damage, defects, shortages, or discrepancies. Assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse replenishment activities. Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation. Follow warehouse procedures, safety regulations, and operating standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Support team goals and meet daily productivity targets. Required Qualifications Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, or electric pallet jacks. Experience using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems. Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, stocking, picking, or packing experience. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Willingness to work overnight shifts. Preferred Qualifications High-volume distribution center experience. Clamp truck operating experience. Experience building, stacking, and wrapping pallets. Inventory control and cycle counting experience. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS). Strong communication and teamwork skills.
