  • We say the 8% that others hold back We are looking for a highly organized Assembly Associate to join our team.
You will be responsible for managing day-to-day inbound/outbound shipments, picking & prepping for assembly for installations, inventory control, and organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have excellent organization, communication skills and be able to multitask effectively along with experience doing assembly work. Please note this role does require travel for some projects and ability to work long hours/ extra days if needed.
Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments. Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately. Assembly and repairs of Coulmed Product. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock checks. Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified). Process inventory transactions in ERP systems (such as NetSuite). Ensure compliance with quality standards and company procedures. Assist with returns, transfers, and inventory adjustments. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe. Support manufacturing, purchasing, and customer fulfillment activities as needed. Keep warehouse clean and organized. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to streamline operations processes Travel for installations that have to be done on site.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience working in a warehouse preferred. Ability to lift heavy objects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent customer service skills
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and more with Team Lift. Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time. Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
