We have an excellent no drama culture where excellence and appreciation of hard work is normal! Summary We are seeking a working small engine mechanic to join our small but growing shop. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient operation of our power washing fleet, contributing significantly to our mission of providing top-notch power washing and window cleaning services. The mechanic will be the primary small engine mechanic and equipment repair person while also helping manage inventory in our small warehouse. Key Responsibilities Maintain and repair pressure washers, Water fed pole systems, vacuums, and other small equipment. Replace pumps, batteries and perform small equipment upgrades on power washing tow behind units. Assist Asset manager/mechanic with vehicles (24) and (8) power washing trailers. Conduct R&D on tools and systems; resolve technician repair requests. Coordinate fleet parking, security, and after-hours emergency support. Stage and restock equipment from returning job sites. Assist with inventory and warehouse projects. Qualifications Experience in small engine repair and equipment maintenance. Strong organizational and team working skills. Problem-solving skills for small engines and mechanical breakdowns. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Physical ability to handle equipment and materials. On-call availability for after-hours issues.
