Duties Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders using RF scanners and order picker equipment to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment. Load and unload shipments using pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and other material handling equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain precise inventory records utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software to track stock levels and facilitate stock replenishment. Assist with shipping logistics by preparing shipping labels, verifying shipment details, and coordinating with carriers for timely dispatch. Conduct regular stock checks, organize storage areas, and ensure proper stocking procedures are followed in accordance with warehouse distribution standards. Support data entry tasks related to order processing, shipment documentation, and trade compliance documentation for international trade regulations. Collaborate with team members on warehouse operations such as order picking & packing, load & unload activities, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace to optimize workflow efficiency. Skills Strong familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory management software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting purposes. Basic math skills necessary for counting, measurements, and verifying quantities during order picking & packing. Experience operating forklifts (certified preferred), pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks such as shipping & receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment simultaneously. Knowledge of shipping logistics procedures including trade compliance and international trade regulations when applicable. Demonstrated customer service skills to effectively communicate with team members and support internal/external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
