Fulfillment and Packaging Associate We are seeking a Fulfillment and Packaging Associate to assist the Logistics Manager in ensuring accurate and efficient packaging, labeling, and preparation of items for transportation. This role is essential to maintaining smooth logistics operations and meeting customer demands, including fulfilling chocolate and macaron orders from large walk-in freezers. Coats, gloves, and earmuffs are provided for working in temperature-controlled environments. This is a full-time position based in Moonachie, New Jersey , with a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM .

Responsibilities:

Fulfill daily wholesale, pickup, and online orders . Properly label (sticker) all packaged items. Pack all orders for shipping. Maintain an organized freezer, warehouse, and packaging room . Assist with warehouse receiving , including checking in and putting away new inventory. Inspect all products for quality and compliance with standards . Prepare and fulfill weekly pallet orders .

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to work in and out of walk-in freezers. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Requirements:

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English . Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
