In this energetic position, you will assist with various tasks that keep production running smoothly, ensuring safety standards are met and quality is maintained. Your contributions will help drive efficiency and uphold the high standards of our manufacturing environment, making a tangible impact every day. Duties Perform heavy lifting and manual labor to support assembly, packaging, or material handling processes Operate basic mechanical tools and equipment to assist with production tasks Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Follow strict safety standards in production, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times Assist with the setup and breakdown of manufacturing stations and equipment as needed Support adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure product quality and safety Conduct routine inspections of machinery and work areas to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge or experience working with tools and equipment preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively throughout shifts Familiarity with safety standards in production environments, including PPE use Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is a plus but not required Strong work ethic with the ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols Willingness to work in physically demanding conditions and stand for extended periods Embark on a rewarding career where your physical skills and dedication help produce high-quality products!
