Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Holiday Decorator / Production Associate to assist with the production, installation, and maintenance of holiday displays. This role involves decorating holiday décor, organizing warehouse inventory, supporting installations, and ensuring a safe and clean work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Assist with the production and installation of holiday displays and decorations. Decorate trees, wreaths, garlands, and other holiday décor according to design specifications. Ensure all lighting and holiday décor are in proper working condition. Follow production schedules and design instructions provided by supervisors and managers. Receive, label, organize, and maintain inventory within the warehouse. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Move holiday products and materials as needed. Stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and lift materials throughout the workday. Deliver high-quality work to ensure customer satisfaction. Comply with all company Health & Safety policies and procedures. Participate in required safety meetings, audits, and training sessions. Work both indoors and outdoors based on business needs. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in holiday decorating, production, warehouse operations, or a related field is preferred but not required. Strong communication and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work independently and follow instructions. Strong time-management skills. Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods. Work Schedule Initial schedule will generally be Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM . During the peak holiday season ( mid-November through mid-January ), candidates should be flexible to work extended hours, occasional weekends, and possible overnight shifts as business needs require.
