Pay Rate:

$18.00-$18.50/hr

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM

Type:

Contract-to-Hire Overtime and occasional Saturdays may be required. Job Summary Seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate responsible for receiving client assets, resolving purchase order issues, updating systems, and ensuring accurate shipment documentation. Responsibilities

Receive and log client assets into internal databases

Resolve purchase order and shipment discrepancies

Track orders and follow up on missing shipments

Enter shipments and complete final receipts

Perform order updates and revisions

Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding order status

Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures Requirements 1+ year of related experience preferred

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Strong attention to detail and organization skills

Reliable attendance and punctuality required

Drug and background screening
