Job Summary We are seeking multiple Stand Up/Sit Down Cherry Picker and Reach Truck Operators to join warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various types of material handling equipment, including reach trucks, cherry pickers, and forklifts, to efficiently manage inventory, facilitate shipping and receiving operations, and support overall warehouse distribution processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in warehouse operations, equipment safety protocols, and inventory management systems. Duties Operate stand-up/sit-down cherry pickers, reach trucks, forklifts (including Hi-Lo and clamp trucks) in accordance with OSHA and safety standards to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse. Perform order picking using barcode scanning technology to ensure accurate fulfillment of customer orders. Load and unload shipments safely while adhering to heavy lifting and manual handling guidelines. Conduct routine inspections and basic repairs on equipment to maintain optimal operation and safety compliance. Manage inventory levels accurately using warehouse management systems (WMS), including stock replenishment and cycle counting. Assist in shipping and receiving activities by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation. Support warehouse distribution tasks by organizing materials efficiently for storage or dispatch. Follow warehouse safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment. Utilize pallet jacks, load & unload tools, and other material handling equipment safely during daily operations. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow processes and improve overall warehouse efficiency. Experience Proven experience operating reach trucks, cherry pickers, forklifts (including lift trucks), pallet jacks, Hi-Lo, clamp trucks, or similar material handling equipment in a warehouse setting. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning for logistics, shipping & receiving procedures. Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to forklift safety protocols and heavy equipment operation. Demonstrated ability in inventory management, order picking, load & unload procedures, and materials handling. Experience with basic math skills necessary for accurate counting, measurements, and documentation. Prior warehouse experience emphasizing safety standards in production environments. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to manual handling guidelines. Strong understanding of warehouse operations including distribution processes and equipment repair basics. Previous experience in warehouse supervision or team coordination is a plus but not mandatory.
