About Us Noisy Water Winery is a locally owned, fast-paced New Mexico winery known for our award-winning wines, creative spirit, and hands-on team culture. We're looking for a Warehouse Laborer to join our operations team in Alto, NM. This is a physically active role with room to grow for someone who shows reliability, initiative, and a strong work ethic. What You'll Do Move, organize, and restock wine cases and supplies throughout the warehouse Load and unload deliveries and shipments Assist with inventory counts and product organization Support transfers between locations (Alto, Ruidoso, Cloudcroft, Albuquerque, and Red River) Help with deliveries when needed - driving company vehicles as assigned (must have valid drivers license and clean record) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Follow direction from warehouse, shipping and production leads Schedule Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 7:30am - 3:30pm are required. Any additional hours can be discussed depending on the availability/needs of the employee and company. What We're Looking For Dependable, hard-working, and self-motivated Physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs repeatedly throughout the day Detail-oriented and safety-conscious Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for driving company vehicles) Forklift certification preferred, or willingness to become certified (we'll help with this!)
