Job Description

As a member of our team, you'll help transform large manufacturer shipments into auction ready inventory . From quality checking products to preparing customer ready auction packs, your work is essential to keeping inventory moving and delivering the experience our customers have come to expect. This is a hands on position that involves lifting, moving, sorting, assembling, and preparing products both indoors and outdoors throughout the year. While your core responsibilities remain consistent, priorities can change as new shipments arrive and business needs change. You'll work with a variety of products and help wherever needed to keep inventory moving. What You'll Be Doing Your responsibilities may include: Breaking down manufacturer shipments into auction ready packs Sorting and organizing inventory Performing quality control by separating damaged or imperfect products Assembling cabinets and product displays Tagging products and preparing them for processing Moving inventory throughout the warehouse and yard Cutting lumber and preparing materials for packaging Completing simple production paperwork Operating a forklift, or learning to do so. We'll train the right candidate. Pitching in wherever needed to help keep the team moving What We're Looking For We're less concerned with having the perfect resume and more interested in finding someone who is dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn. You'll likely be successful if you: Enjoy physical work and staying active throughout the day Can regularly lift 50 pounds or more Are comfortable working indoors and outdoors year round Take pride in doing quality work Have a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a team Show up on time and are dependable Communicate well with others Stay organized and pay attention to detail Are willing to learn new skills and equipment Have experience with warehouse work, material handling, or building materials (helpful but not required) What Success Looks Like Our best team members: Show up ready to work every day.
