$19.30 per hour Job Summary A growing distribution and warehouse operation in Ballston Spa is seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Workers to join its day shift team. This position is responsible for unloading freight, organizing inventory, and supporting daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Unload incoming freight from trailers and containers safely and efficiently Sort, stage, and organize products in designated warehouse locations Move materials using pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment Inspect shipments for accuracy and damage Maintain inventory organization and stock levels Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free Assist with other warehouse duties as needed Qualifications Previous warehouse or freight handling experience preferred, but not required Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment Basic attention to detail and commitment to safety Physical Requirements Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds Standing and walking for extended periods Repetitive bending, reaching, and twisting throughout the shift What We Offer $19.30/hour starting pay Weekly pay Overtime opportunities available Day shift schedule Opportunity for long-term employment and growth If you're dependable, hardworking, and looking for a warehouse opportunity with a stable employer, we'd like to hear from you.
