Overview:
IBC in Malone is hiring a warehouse associate. Typical hours are Monday-Friday 9a-5p. Some weekend availability will be required on a seasonal basis.

In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse functions, from inventory management to order fulfillment, all while maintaining a safe and efficient environment. Your proactive approach will help us meet customer demands and streamline logistics processes, making a real impact every day Duties Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, and clothing racks. ensuring proper handling and safety protocols. Pick, pack, weigh price and prepare incoming and outgoing orders accurately using a variety of systems. Assist with shipping logistics by coordinating shipments, preparing shipping documents. Support warehouse distribution activities by stocking shelves, organizing storage areas, and managing order picking processes for e-commerce and retail clients. Operate warehouse equipment safely during load & unload procedures, ensuring the protection of goods and personnel. Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations, improve order fulfillment efficiency, and uphold high standards of customer service. Skills Basic math skills for counting inventory, measuring packages, and verifying shipment quantities accurately. Excellent data entry skills combined with familiarity with Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting purposes. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as load & unload activities while maintaining safety standards. $16.50 - $17.75 per hour
