Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented warehouse worker to join our team here at Skinpotion. This position plays an important role in helping us create, prepare, and ship our handmade body care products. Our products are carefully hand made, labeled, packaged, and shipped directly from our warehouse, so attention to detail and following instructions are essential. The ideal candidate is someone who is dependable, works well with their hands, can lift heavy items, and takes pride in producing high-quality work. You will assist with product preparation, hand-labeling products, organizing inventory, packing customer orders, and preparing shipments for online orders.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with the production of handmade body care products Following detailed instructions to ensure product quality and consistency Hand-labeling and packaging products carefully Picking, packing, and shipping online customer orders Receiving, organizing, and managing inventory Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse workspace Paying close attention to detail throughout the production and shipping process Lifting and moving boxes, supplies, and inventory as needed- must be able to lift minimum of 50lbs. Duties Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to ensure safe handling of goods. Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for shipping, utilizing order picking systems and inventory management software. Maintain precise inventory records through data entry and warehouse management systems (WMS), ensuring stock levels are current and accurate. Support shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers, preparing shipping documents, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and trade compliance standards. Assist in stock replenishment by stocking shelves efficiently, managing warehouse distribution tasks, and supporting order fulfillment processes. Operate warehouse equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols; perform load & unload activities for trucks and containers. Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations, improve workflow efficiency, and uphold high standards of customer service. Experience Previous experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is highly preferred. Familiarity with inventory management software such as ERP systems or AS400 is advantageous. Basic math skills are essential for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately. Experience with forklift operation, including certification if applicable, enhances your ability to handle heavy loads safely. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment processes, and international trade regulations is a plus. Strong data entry skills combined with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools support effective record keeping.
