Position Summary The Warehouse Associate/Driver plays a key role in supporting warehouse operations for a fast-paced packaging and fulfillment company. This position is responsible for receiving, picking, packing, organizing, and preparing inventory for production and shipment. Additionally, this person ensures the warehouse is organized and preps materials for delivery. The role also includes driving a non-CDL 26-foot box truck for afternoon deliveries/pickups, maintaining warehouse organization, assisting with floor production, and ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment—all while following safety protocols and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare for deliveries, load the truck, and deliver, including verification of paperwork at drop off and pick up. Responsible for the upkeep of the company truck, including notifying the Manager of any regular work that needs to be done, and daily maintenance and inspection Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments; verify quantities and check for any damage or defects. Sort, label, and store products in designated areas of the warehouse. Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders following established procedures. Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment to transport inventory within the warehouse. Monitor inventory levels with the project manager and maintain accurate records of stock movements, discrepancies, and adjustments with the team. Perform routine cycle counts and support complete physical inventory audits with other team members. Keep the warehouse clean and organized by sweeping and properly disposing of packing materials. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Follow all company safety procedures and protocols. Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager and/or Production Manager. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Warehouse-related certifications are a plus. Must have experience driving a 26-foot truck non-CDL, and knowledge of truck maintenance, always to keep it in good condition Previous experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or inventory roles. Ability to operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc.). Capable of lifting and carrying heavy items and standing for long periods. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Clear verbal communication and ability to follow instructions. Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic. Basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking and order processing. Familiarity with warehouse safety practices and protocols.

PM Salary Range:

$18 to $20 per hour to start.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
