Job Overview We are seeking Warehouse Workers in Oriskany. This role involves performing various warehouse operations such as pick/pack, order fulfillment, and shipping. HOURS ARE MONDAY TO FRIDAY

8am-4:30pm. Duties Operate pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently. Manage inventory control through accurate stock counting, recording, and updating using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners. Assist in order picking, packing, and shipping & receiving processes to fulfill customer orders accurately and on time. Conduct manual handling of materials, including heavy lifting and mechanical operations, adhering strictly to safety regulations and OSHA standards. Support warehouse distribution activities by stocking supplies, organizing storage areas, and maintaining a clean work environment. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately during all tasks to ensure personal safety and compliance with safety protocols. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow, improve inventory accuracy, and implement best practices for materials handling. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, and order fulfillment. Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, and pallet jacks. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, AS400 or similar platforms. Strong mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation and maintenance. Knowledge of safety regulations including OSHA standards and proper PPE use. Prior experience in warehouse supervision or management is preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently while maintaining proper manual handling techniques. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and stock stocking procedures.
